President Opening Comments: Wendy is moving, stepping down as director. Cathy Scharf asked
Kathy Shermer to fill the spot for the remainder of Wendy’s term. Kathy accepted.

Mayor’s Race- Cathy-Race is announced and accepting candidates.
Mayor’s Dinner- shifting committee chair to Cathy.
Community Champion- no update.
Light Contest/Parade- no update.
Scholarship- Dan- All done, e-mail sent to Stacy to help distribute fliers to the schoolsDan is

Mixers- Stacey- Non Profit Spotlight at Grotto May 21st 11am.

- Passports (Tonia)- heading up a mom and pop passport featuring sandwiches, coffee etc-
Small biz passports/stamp books. To promote local business

Got a county business lic without a home address. Tonia officially changed Tax
Calander to match financial Calander. - Lillette
Approved to start construction at brick&mortar location - Kathy
May 17 th Fish Fry and Flag Retirement at Legion tickets available at bar and walks in
20.00 bucks.June …Mud Wrestling? At the legion. Sep 2025 Golf Tournament 130 prizes,
breakfast, and prime rib lunch. Legion open memorial day 12-8pm
Public comments: Sheena- CPAC canceled.
Susan Sheets- The Grotto has live performances.
