Mayor’s Race- Entry time frame? End date October 15th. Anthony motioned to deny application, Liliette 2nd, Tonia abstained, motion passes. Ensure end time for applications. Revisit next month,
Mayor’s Dinner- no update
Community Champion- Posted on social media. Tonia will send LeeAnn to post on page.
Light Contest/Parade- Sub committee met, Replacing community vote with popular vote, possibly collaborating with photographer. Sponsorship from local businesses.$375 total toward prizes. Final entries must be submitted by Dec 1st.
Scholarship- no update
Mixers- Meet Officials moved to Sept 25th co sponsored by Twin Rivers.
Community Membership/Involvement- Send out maybe a QR for website application.
County Liaison-
Grant Committee- Expecting a check for around $1,900.

1. Member Presentation- Clarity Boddie Boxing not a member. Revisit next month.
Directors’ comments: Stacey- NNO was amazing. Big turn out, thank you to all that helped make it great. Over 250 meals were served. Twin Rivers first day of school August 19th. Almost complete with Westside renovations. Tonia- LeeAnn is moving her shop to suite 4, New Business coming into Suite 2. Waxing and Facials. Get well card for a dear member of this community. Tonia motioned $50 to purchase flowers and card. Pickle Ball tournament coming Sept 13th. Small Town, Big News. Liliete 2nd, motion passes. Anthony- Picked up a trailer for coffee. Bringing in Pachamama coffee. Parks and Rec finished up water aerobics. Fundraiser dinner for Historic Fire Engine #2 on October 4th. Dan-Zucchinni Races was great. Liliette- Shop is coming along. State fair was fun and great.
Public comments: LeeAnn- Concert, and shop moved.
Jessica- Bacon Western Cheese Burger Salad.
Stacey- Thank you to Rosario for helping make NNO happen. The library was not helpful this year.
